Intermediary / Mandate Partner:
1. Direct Allocation: We provide access to verified sellers with confirmed cargo capacity for both spot transactions and long-term Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
2. Clear Procedures: Transactions are conducted under structured, internationally accepted trade protocols (e.g., FOB, CIF) to ensure a smooth process from ICPO to final delivery.
3. Commission Protection: A signed and sealed NCNDA/IMFPA with a transparent commission structure is a prerequisite to commencing official engagement, ensuring all intermediaries are legally protected.
Next Step: Serious buyers or their official mandates are invited to submit a formal Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) or a Letter of Intent (LOI) to initiate the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) process.
