Product Access: We confirm our readiness to supply both Spot Cargoes and engage in Annual Contract Sales (SPAs) on a firm R&E (Rolls and Extensions) basis.
Trade Procedures: Transactions adhere strictly to internationally accepted practices (CIF/FOB), supported by standard financial instruments (DLC/SBLC via MT700/MT760).
Procedure: All new engagements require the submission of a formal Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) and a comprehensive NCNDA/IMFPA to detail the agreed commission structure and protect all parties involved.
